ReplyDeleteLooking back at your other posts, Pharmacy is pretty darn good option. Your family has done well with it so you can see the results. You also have to remember all the baby boomers there are in the world who are ready to retire and are probably prescribed on average at least 3 prescriptions per right now and its only going to increase. My wife and I take care of her grandma and she take about 8 pills a day!!!!!
It would be a lot of work as you detailed but in my opiion (which doesn't count) I think it would be worth it. I know someone who was thinking of selling their Pharmacy store and I've debated buying it just because of the fact that its in a good location and all of the pill popping baby boomers retiring.
Hope the day is a good one for everyone...I'll be in the office working as its tax season and I don't see daylight this time year. I'm going to live vicariously through the blog, with a daughter, a grandma in-law and a house there isn't much flexibilty there.
Sparky, great to hear from you! The Pharmacy is a long shot, as I wouldn't be able to work much, and I do own a house, although it could be rented out. Do you know any rich old folks there in the city who would be willing to invest $100k in my future? Refer them to "On Sabbatical"
